Return Policy

Actionstock LLC offers a 60 day satisfaction guarantee to all customers. Products must be returned with their original packaging.

Step 1

Initiate the return or exchange by notifying Actionstock LLC within 60 days of receipt of your product. We will need (a) your name, (b) the invoice or transaction number, (c) Name of item, (d) indicate refund or exchange.

Step 2

When returning your package, please include a note in the package letting us know this is a return or exchange. Please include a last name or order number/ID. We suggest shipping via a pre-paid, insured, traceable service to ensure a safe and documented delivery.

Step 3

When we receive your return or exchange package the items will be inspected. If everything looks good your refund or exchange will be processed. This process typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
